Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel any personalized service request within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been delivered.
  • For valid cancellations, 25% of the original booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge, and 75% will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • For Live Event bookings, cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be provided. However, if the event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
  • Subscriptions to Membership Plans or purchases of digital content cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Refund Policy

  • Instead you can mention that A 100% refund will be issued if  email and whatsapp marketing services are not rendered.
  • A 100% refund will be issued if Creators/Influencers/Sellers cannot provide the requested personalized services. Mycreator reserves the right to cancel service requests and issue a full refund based on various factors affecting service delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and credited within 7 to 10 working days.

No Return Policy

As our Creators offer only digital content and services, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Once a Video, Photo, or digital document is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.
